Payments Policy

Moss & Marmalade uses a manual payment process at checkout. After placing an order, customers will receive payment instructions to complete their purchase.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and verified. Submitting an order does not reserve stock until payment confirmation has taken place.

Payment should be completed within 24 hours of placing an order. If payment is not received within this time, the order may be cancelled and a new order will need to be placed.

Please ensure that the correct payment reference or order number is used when making payment so that it can be matched accurately.
