By placing an order with Moss & Marmalade, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payments Policy.

Orders are processed manually and are only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.

Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. If an error occurs, we may contact you to correct the order, offer an alternative, or issue a refund.

Due to the nature of homemade food products, returns are limited as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment, and delivery information when placing an order.

Moss & Marmalade takes reasonable care to fulfil orders correctly, but we are not responsible for delays or issues outside our reasonable control, including courier delays or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
