Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our homemade food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preference.
Unused, non-food items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original condition and packaging.
In line with the Consumer Protection Act, any defective, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied product (food or non-food) may be returned within 6 months for a replacement or refund.
Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting mossmarmalade@gmail.com with your order details and supporting photos where possible.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method once the return has been assessed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
